HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered:

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We try and keep the delivery time as short as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing but can take up to 3 days, especially during busy periods. Depending on the size of the parcel, once dispatched the approximate delivery times are:
- Sydney: 2-4 business days
- Melbourne: 2-4 business days
- Brisbane: 3-6 business days
- Adelaide: 2-4 business days
- Perth: 6-12 business days
- Hobart & Launceston: 3-6 business days
- Darwin: 6-12 business days
Areas outside the Metro postcodes usually take an extra day or two to arrive. Bush fire, severe weather and public holidays may cause delays.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For International purchases, shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered. The shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout. Here are some examples of International delivery rates and estimated time frames:

INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES WE CAN’T DELIVER TO
There are a few countries that Sendle can’t send to (such as US embargo countries like North Korea, or where the local postal authority does not have a current arrangement in place with DHL). Please note that Guatemala is currently temporarily suspended due to political unrest.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipments sent to countries other than Australia are sold exclusive of GST (Australian VAT) and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages shipped internationally, It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form.
